Edgewater Exterior Stucco Repaint

This exterior repaint project was completed in Edgewater, Florida. The home had heavy sun damage and chalking on the stucco surfaces. To ensure proper adhesion and long term durability in Florida’s climate we: • Pressure washed the entire exterior • Scraped and removed all loose paint • Applied an acrylic bonding sealer to restore the chalky surface • Repainted the home exterior for a clean durable finish • Removed screen panels and painted the frames After the paint work was completed, Brian Tumblin @ 386-847-2482 followed behind our work to install brand new screens.
